Who can apply?

The programme is intended for UK accountants, bookkeepers, and accountancy practices supporting small businesses that may benefit from VAT threshold monitoring.

How much commission is paid?

Approved partners can earn 10% recurring commission on successful paid subscriptions attributed to their referral code or link.

How long does commission continue?

Commission can continue while the referred client remains on an eligible, successfully paid Invatax subscription and the partner account remains in good standing.

When is commission paid?

Commission is calculated and paid monthly in arrears, subject to the programme terms and any minimum administrative requirements communicated to approved partners.

Does Invatax replace accounting software?

No. Invatax is a VAT threshold awareness tool that works alongside bookkeeping and accounting software. It does not replace Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, or professional advice.

Can I give VAT advice on behalf of Invatax?

No. Partners act independently and must not represent themselves as providing regulated tax advice on behalf of Invatax.

Basic partner terms.

  • Commission is only payable on successful paid subscriptions correctly attributed to the approved partner.
  • Commission is not payable on refunded, cancelled, disputed, or failed payments.
  • Commission is paid monthly in arrears.
  • Invatax may review, suspend, or remove partners where misuse, misleading promotion, fraud, or reputational risk is identified.
  • Partners must not provide regulated tax advice on behalf of Invatax or imply that Invatax confirms a client's VAT obligations.
