Before You Email
Please include the email address used for your Invatax account and a short description of the problem.
Do not send passwords, card details, bank details, Xero tokens, QuickBooks tokens, or full financial records by email.
VAT Calculation Questions
Invatax is VAT threshold tracking software. We can explain what the app is calculating and how the figures are being displayed, but we cannot provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
If you are unsure whether you may need to register for VAT, please confirm your position with an accountant, tax adviser, or HMRC.
If Xero, QuickBooks, or another integration is unavailable, please check your source records directly before relying on any alert, report, or synced figure.
Billing, Refunds, and Cancellations
Subscription billing is handled securely through Stripe. Please do not send card details by email.
You can cancel or manage payment details through the Stripe customer portal from inside Invatax where available. Stripe will show whether the cancellation applies immediately or at the end of the current billing period or trial.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing according to Stripe's timing but does not automatically delete your account data or turnover history. Account deletion can be requested separately through the app or by emailing us.
Security or Data Protection Concerns
If you believe there has been unauthorised access, a data breach, or an account security issue, email info@invatax.co.uk and include "Security" in the subject line.
